If, upon receiving your artwork, you notice any damage, we kindly request that you notify us promptly. To initiate the return process, please send us a video and photo of the damaged item within a maximum of 2 days after receiving it.
In the unfortunate event that damage occurs during shipping, rest assured that we have you covered. If the damage is determined to be the result of the shipper's mishandling, we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, we will promptly send you a replacement artwork free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to make things right.
